Get the lot in. You don't want to cold call 1/3 of your stack preflop with QQ. If the flop came T84 you would get it all in anyhow and go broke against an overpair. If you were deeper stacked I would say call and play it by ear, but this is the disadvantage of buying in short.

This short you have to push or fold, and I'd push here everytime against an unknown after only 15 hands at the table if he has AA or KK so be it... (I assume he did because of this thread) but he could easily also have had AK, JJ, etc. etc. possibly even a smaller PP and be willing to take a 50:50 shot with you (obviously putting you on AK, AQ, etc.) to get rid of the annoying shorty.

How much are you buying in for on a 0.25-0.50 table

This shortstacked shove every hand you like pre-flop

25-40 depending on the table, and if i'm playing more than one at a time.
Should I just buy in for 50 every time?

Anywho, I pushed, Villian had Kings which held up.
Figured there wasn't really anyway I could've got away from it, but wanted some other opinions.

how can you buy in for 25 play 2 hands win both and have 19 that is one serious rake my friend

i would lean towards buying in for max although sometimes if i do not know any players on table i buy in weak watch a couple of rounds and then top up

Bought in for 22something this time. Saw 2 flops.
Reraised PF another time with 99, folded after another reraiser in SB, and a reraise from the initial raiser.

Even though you lost it's what I think you should do again in that position.

I think the play is correct. You've raised from the button. It looked to me like the BB has seen you PFR twice in 2 orbits and prolly puts you on a steal thus RRAI, as it happens he was protecting his KK. Bad luck. I would call every time in this spot.
