What phrases have you made up?

My mother when she checks her phone to see if she has any messages says:
    "Who loves me"

I understand your point and I know you ment bed, but I just taught I'd make a little joke of your mis-spelling.

Everyone knows you're not stupid. :)

That may be so BreadBoard but as a yearling who has over 12 months superiority over you the rules state that I am well within my rights to ask you to edit your post. Just change bet to bed and we can all sleep soundly tonight. Cheers.

You know what BreadBoard how about we just forget it. Pighead asked you nicely (twice) to edit your post, and still nothing. Don't like doing this but I've just reported you. Don't hate me. Your ban will only last 2 days.

Back on topic. Pighead loves the phrase-
It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God

your phrase was something your mother made up. anyway, on topic, anything that rhymes with "mad" in front of "out of it", like "glad out of it", etc. pretty good when appropriate

What phrases have you made up?

From what I've waded through to this point: none have been made up... *sigh*

Well if you're not happy with the contributions thus far, why don't you stop sighing and start supplying.

The bit in bold is a phrase Pighead just made up lest you accuse me of going off topic.

I was trying to bring the thread back on topic. Something which even the O.P. has so far failed to do.

Heard this from my sister - dunno if she made it up though?

'Love ya lots like vodka shots'

we like to make up words, not phrases. My friends latest contribution to our dicitionary is LESGETARIAN - meaning a lesbian who is also a vegetarian - namely our friend Emma.

eh.... Vagitarian works a little better tbh:p

Anyways... for me, it'd have to be "Lamb chop", i'm trying to cut down my usage of it at the moment though... I almost said "Thanks, Lamb Chop" to the checkout girl in a shop the other day

Well I've two friends who I've renamed "Testicle Ferret" and "The Patron Saint of Sexually Transmitted Diseases", other than that I use the words "general jizz-jazz", "mate" and "malarkey" far too much

"That child is nuttier than a squirrel's poo...."

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.
