Marks and Spencer at Liffey Valley had garlands of silver sleigh bells in stock last year - so they may be worth a try when their Christmas stock arrives. They were in the section for garlands and door wreaths (homewares dept.)

Also christmastimeuk.com have 'Kaemingk' (6 shiny silver bells on a hanger) at£3.99. I don't know if they deliver here.
