Gyms @ work

I've just started a job at apple computers in Cork city - they have a gym on site which pretty much solved my dilemma about which gym to join in Cork. As I kind of expected, the equiptment is fairly basic (for instance, very few attachments for the pulley based machines) but on the plus side I was practically the only one there this morning.

funnily enough they have removed the free weights from the gym for 5 days as punishment for people stacking them on machines! - hence I had to use the said machines this morning.

Anyone else have a gym at work and how do you find them? (i.e. decent or merely something used to appease the workers?)

(PS for anyone who lives in Cork city - theres a stall at the english market, the chicken inn or something, where you can get 10 good sized chicken breasts for 10 quid - score!)
