Just 5 minutes into it... but how the hell did they get "fúck" past Fox censors in this episode?! :)
"Ha ha ha ha... those animals are SO fu*king funny.. they make me wanna merge without looking!"

Yeah noticed that too. Had to go back and listen again to make sure. :D

There's no FOX logo on it though? Maybe it's not a TV-Rip?

Alright episode, episode 2 is still my favourite of the new season though.
(That one felt like my father...

It was censored in some regions, but most people who watched it on TV seem to have seen it uncensored. Kinda unusual for an American show.

They were never supposed to get it past - someone's most likely in in trouble [from IMDB]:
Details of how it occurred were not available this morning (Monday), but somehow the use of the F-word during Sunday night's broadcast of Family Guy got on the air in at least some markets. In other areas it was bleeped. The unedited version of the scene, however, was quickly posted on YouTube.com by a viewer who comment, "The F-bomb was heard plain as day." Another predicted that someone at the network is going to be "in some deep schtick."

From reading forums, it seems that the versions that we've seen are the un-bleeped ones but that most aired ones are properly censored...

Whoa whoa whoa.. you can't compare!

Weeds is on Showtime.. who if you've seen any of their past original programmes would be aware that they care not about colourful language and content past watershed. Such shows like Rude Awakening, Red Shoe Diaries, The L Word etc.

But Fox is a station essentially for families.. both post and pre watershed. The Fox censors are infamously strict and anal about language and such.. especially in a show like Family Guy which airs in an 8PM slot (central).

Weeds is on Showtime, a premium network much like HBO where they pretty much broadcast what they like

I won't be bothering to buy Season 4 or 5 of FG, I think it's lost a lot of what made it funny. The 'this is worse than that time I....' moments are now too surreal or just not funny, and there are far too many of them peppered into each show. On top of that, recent plots --
the molestation, Tom Tucker becoming Peter's surrogate father, the superstore thing from this ep
-- have just been generally unfunny.

Good job American Dad is still good.
