I have a site www.judithmok.eu, which for some reason (though it is first to come up on a 'Judith Mok' search in Yahoo) doesn't come up on Google at all. I changed to dot com instead of dot eu could that improve matters?

Opening that nearly crashed my computer!

    Have you used Google Sitemaps?

If it's a eu domain then maybe it hasn't even been indexed by Google yet. Try that link that Myth gave and check it out. Read up on the help files as it gives some good advice on getting your pagerank up.

    What country are you targeting?

Google hasn't indexed your site yet http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGGL,GGGL:2006-17,GGGL:en&q=site%3Awww.judithmok.eu

You know it can take an eternity (well many months anyhow) for Google to rank a site. With Google it's all about trust.

Holy God - you've got a link from wikipedia http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.judithmok.eu&bwm=i&bwms=p&bwmf=u&fr=yfp-t-500&fr2=seo-rd-se

Well done - this is a very strong plus for your site.

Just hang on you wont have long to wait for Google to rank you.

If you try that first link I gave every while you will be able to see if you are indexed by Google. Wait a week or so and if nothing on that link then try adding a few more links around the place - preferably from sites related to your topic.

I reckon your going to do just fine with that domain. Sending you PM also :)

Judging on what I've seen with some newer sites / domains that I've started using in the last 2 months Google hasn't been updating pagerank at all.
It did pick up on some of my .eu domains earlier this year, but anything recent has been fairly static to date
