Hello all from the U.S.! My fiancee and I are planning to wed in Ireland next September, and have been looking at lodging options for our wedding guests.

On the top of our list is a stay at Ballyhannon Castle (aka Castlefregus) in Quin, near Limerick. I was curious if any of you have been here, or even better have actually stayed in the castle or coach house. The castle wants full payment up front with no refunds, which makes me a little nervous, so I would like to get some personal reviews on it before I commit.
