Thanks, thats what I was looking for, in regards transfers, is their a cap on wages, as there are no transfer fee's, essentially what would determine a player moving is his contract/wage demands.

For instance, the Biarritz side from last season, very few of them were home grown.

How would a side like Leinster sign new players from abroad, who aren't centrally contracted ? like Contempomi etc.
