    Taken at the zoo a while back... Just cropped it and put it though ps (but didn't have a clue as what to do, lol)- So any ps tips would be cool too :)

    Welcome to the forum. Make sure to check out the new Digital Darkroom subforum for detailed tutorials and tips for using PS and don't be afraid to experiment with it.

    Cool, I only have an old point and shoot too but you just got to work with what you have, soon to be diving in and getting an SLR. Are you on flickr, deviantART or one of those sites yet? A good few boards members have them and theres a boards group on flickr too. Well worthwhile setting one up to showcase your stuff.

    haven't gotten around to getting one yet- will do though!

    I'm buying a DSLR in the next month or so... I've had this p+s too long now lol...

    Nice pic.. although the front fella looks a bit out of focus.. maybe try narrowing the aperture to get better depth of focus...

    Then again you could try getting closer to those nice quiet animals, for a better and more in your face shot.. (helps if ya got good running feet)

    i'll keep that in mind next time i'm in a field with rhinos...

    ohh and you can't set the aperture on my camera lol...
