    Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to improve on my dental care. At the moment I typically brush my teeth twice a day, I have no cavities or anything like that but my teeth are not peearly white. I am wondering how effective a change in dental care would be or is it more advisable to go to a dentist and get a checkup and get them cleaned?

Does the use of mouthwash have any effect on whitening?

Has anyone used electric toothbrushes and esp the Philips Sonicare range - how effective are these?

    A.Anon
