    For those of you who offered help last month on what looked like the dreaded BGLOD - good news!

    Nikon have repaired my D70 for free!

    Hope it doe not happen to anyone else, would have loved to gone to the K-Club practice days this week with my super duper 500m lens!

    would you have been left in?
    like a lot of events these days i suppose they are a bit leary of big lens cameras are they?

    first mention of the big golf thing i've seen in this forum

    Most reassuring. I have a D70. Good old Nikon. Not like those filthy Canon people.


    Indeed, I would go so far as to say that Nikon are superior in everyway.

    Yes, they allowed cameras on all practice days but not Friday-Sunday.

    It's such a great event, would love to be a potographer there this week, not to get the golfers but the candid shots of people in crowds showing emotion would be great.
