    Hello,

I Was up to recently on NTL Digital but moved house and was forced to move over to Chrous (although MMDS NTL is still an option)

I was told that the 2 companies have planned to combine forming a more widespread NTL service.

The problem is the amount of channels

    (NTL 170+)
    (Chrous around 65)

    Can anybody confirm this?

    - Johnny

They are both owned by UPC.

UPC is upgrading Chorus. Eventually there will be a single service called UPC and Cheello with same lineup everywhere and broadband and phone. Chorus users may lose analogue channels.

NTL Ireland and Chorus are both owned by UPC now. You can see it on the Chorus and NTL websites which now look exactly the same and are the same as all the other UPC sites in Europe.

Eventually Chorus should be upgraded to the same quality as NTL, that is if UPC don't feck it up like they are currently doing with NTL BB

The counter is correct! haha, just blew the cob-webs off the account yesterday!

I knew about UPC alright just looking for dates etc.

Could you imagine asking someone in an NTL/Chrous call centre this question!!

Im sure you would get a funny response!
