    Wexford Hurler to Join Cross-Channel Soccer Giants?

    “St. Martin's and Wexford Hurling stalwart Eoin Quigley is apparently the subject of interest from a leading British soccer outfit. Unconfirmed Scottish media reports believe the club in question to be Glasgow Celtic F.C. Quigley, a former League of Ireland footballer with Bohemians F.C, has been one of the Wexford Senior Hurling team’s star performers in recent times and would be a huge loss to his County if he were to be tempted to leave these shores to pursue a professional soccer career.”

    Do not believe anything this poster is posting, he has posted the same thread on other boards, along with an earlier story about the Cork Hurling Team, all of which are unsubstantiated rubbish.
