I've got my sisters mp3 player and I'm trying to put her music onto it!

Sounds simple enough, but I've deleted everything she had on it as there where things she didn't want on it but there are still some songs on it that aren't showing in the menu!!!
Is there anyway to format the player completely?

Next question, I use itunes and have an ipod (all my songs are in .mp3 format) can the folders on my computer be used to put onto the iRiver?

I put on a few and it's split up the names of albums & artists!
Is there a fix for this?
