Rivers of blood

Yep, anyone else see that today? For the fringe festival, they decided to dye the river pink, but it being ireland, screwed it up, haha, it turned a red brown colour, and it seemed like it was a river of blood.
Anyways, i got a few shots of it, let me know what yaz think.

It's dye, €3000 worth of dye, lots and lots, i asked a photographer just at the end of liffey street on the quays, and that's what he told me, so if he's on this forum, em, hey
But yeah, so it must've reacted with all the crap in our river or something and it didn't come out the correct colour, which was pink, cause that's the main colour of this years fringe festival.

hey now, it wasn't that bad, it made a good few people think the world was coming to an end, (i presume) and i got 4 nice photos from it. 3 grand well spent imho

I heard something about that on the radio, it was supposed to last 24 hours, obviously with the height of the tide today it was washed away early, tides were up to the boardwalk earlier today.

Yeah, supposably there's a hurricane on the way tomorrow, but i found something irritating today, i looked in the metro, and there was an image almost identical to my one, the guy who i asked sold it to the metro, grr :mad:
which brings me to asking, any of yaz know how you get into contact with papers and magazines to sell images? or do you have to organize a contract with them?
