Cheapest for calling Irish mobiles please

Can someone please tell me the cheapest company for calling irish mobiles that also have good customer service?

www.voipcheap.com. 9.28c/min (inc VAT) to Irish mobiles.

I've no idea what their customer service is like - I've never had to contact Customer service for their sister service, voipstunt.com.

Check out www.call13434.ie also, not strictly voip but pre-select. They are 10 cent a min weekdays and 5 cent a min at weekends.

I have had very good experiance with voipstunt and now voipcheap (changed because of cheaper rates to Irish mobiles) all run by the same company.

A good resource for finding the cheapest calls to your preferred destination is www.cheapertelco.com

Note that call13434 charge 5c to setup the call and they only charge in units of minutes, so a 30 second mobile call will cost 5c + 10c, not 5c + 5c as you might expect.
