Just need confirmation on a digibox quest plz

    The brothers/girfriends/fathers digibox went on the blink so got one off here. Plugged it in and stuck in his old card. Havent been up to the house but from phone calls it seems like they have all the usually channels on the basic packages but the likes of his skysports is not working. He got onto sky and they said they will reset their end but it might not work because its a different box. To me it sounds like a crock of Sh$t and to get the extra packages working would think sky only have to resend signal, so just want a confirmation if you's could please

    When a digibox is changed, you contact Sky to pair the Viewing Card to the new digibox. Sky saying they'll "reset their end" sounds odd, and you'd think they'd know better! All they have to do is re-pair the card.

    They'll need Version and Serial numbers of the new digibox (Services - 4 - 5).
