    where can I buy a free standing type electric coooker in Limerick (or close by) ? .....

    have been to Kiely's, Harvey Norman and Finucanes :confused:

    Is it all Hobs and Ovens these days ?

    Last time I bought one was in Clancys on O'Connell Street albeit 6 years ago

    I found hennessey's in shannon (but they also have a shop in newcastlewest I think it is) very good when I bought my appliances earlier this year. They often have sales on and came exactly when they said. They also take back all that annoying packaging!!! I was going for hob and oven as I wanted a gas hob and electric oven, but they have a great selection.

    I also found Hennessy's in Shannon and ordered a Zanussi Cooker ..... just had it delivered :)

    problem solved .... thanks to all for the info posted
