Call. I'd say he has a low PP.

What did you think he had?

A huge amount of the time this is aa or kk-pretty handy fold imho.

I thought he could have 99 1010 jj since he just called the first raise.

Usually he just calls the 2nd raise with those hands.

He has AA/KK/AK about 95% of the time, and they normally dont have AK.

If you have seen him make crazy plays, then QQ is fine, if not, then lay it down.

    I disagree.

Usually against an UTG 3xBB raiser, UTG+1 will re-raise with AA or KK, not flat call and hands like AK, 99, TT, JJ, etc. will be more likely to flat call.

Then, after mutliple callers, the SB makes a re-raise, which could very easily be a squeeze play or a raise with a hand like AK, (obviously I wouldn't be advocating always raising here with AK, but against an unknown player, I assume they'll put this well in our range) just as much as it could be a raise with AA or KK. Any of these hands could easily push here thinking they have good fold equity or are in a race against something like AK.

To say 95% of the time someone will have AA/KK/AK here I'd disagree with, IMO I'd break it down more like 10% AA/KK; 40% AK; 50% JJ-.

And I'd actually go the other way and say unless I've seen him slow/passively play big hands like this, I'd call with QQ here everytime, and assume he's a donkey and puts us on AK and thinks we'll fold or he's racing if we call and vice versa if he has AK.
