    Can Anyone Shed Some Light On This?

    I Got Sky Installed for my aunt in august, and paid 6 months in advance by
    credit card. Last week she lost all the irish channels and the others followed
    She was on the basic package + Sky Movies Free for 6 Months.

    When she called Sky to ask what was going on, they said it was switched off
    because she had not returned the mandate form, Even though it was paid
    6 months in advance. Sky say this is normal.....:confused:

    Anyone??

    my bro had the same problems and its still happening. he did send back the mandate but sky never went to the bank to collect payment. then my bro decided to pay by my credit card at an agreed price per month. then they werent taking it monthly they were taking payment every sick months which upset my credit on the card!!!!

    I wasnt happy wit this service, but they are impossible to talk to
