ok, so bunch of muppets have already broken sjones. h has to call it a day on his modding of forums on boards.ie, and i blame all of you lot in AH land. i cant believe how quickly you turned him into a quiverying crying wreck of a man.

ok, really, he has apparently 'found a life' and is going off to do something 'interesting' or whatever.

so thanks to sjones for his time here, im sure he will still be around, but please note that he will not be a moderator, so feel free to abuse him, i mean, say hello.

and as always, i'd like to throw it open the beautiful masses to tell us who they feel they would want as a moderator for AH, and why.
judges decision is final, so if someone (lets take pighead as example yet again) gets all the votes, it does not mean they will be the next mod.

Well moderating is a thankless job the best of times,whoever is voted in I hope they train themselves well in every aspect of the rules/moderating. I think the law society have evening courses now for new up and coming mods.:)

Assuming that you're never going to let pighead be a mod my second choice would probably be either ladyj, dudess or horny eyes provided one of them are able and willing to put the time in. Might even out the sexes a little bit but more than that they post in AH a lot and seem capable of being fair.

Well Tar has been around a long time. She's often in After Hours and I don't think I've ever seen her anything but level headed. I'd also reccomend Mr. NiceGuy, seems to be a reasonable sort, the type who's kind of hard to have a grudge against..... ideal for After Hours.

Sorry to hear sjones is going. A damn fine guy.

No to nightwish and karly h, while probably lovely people etc both are undoubtedly rawkers and therefore unsuitable for such positions.

Dragan seems level headed and hasnt shown any of the signs of gimp-desperately-seeking status- DNA strand that befouls mod gene pools the world over, i'll put him up for the job so long as i get planning permission for a private forum afterwards
