Anyone got any tips on how to make the best of this orange nation at night? since those street lamps are everywhere, i tried just there outside, one or two seemed ok, but they kinda seem off.
So all tips are welcome :)

Use a custom white balance to filter the sodium as something else, preferably white, but play about with it - This is something I got from setting the WB off an orangey yellowy red source of light. Without it, this would be completly yellowed out!

Alternativly, shoot in Raw and you can play about with it then! :)

Photoshop can fix colour balance no problem.

Bring a white sheet of paper with you, and hold it in front of the camera, with the sodium light on it - take a shot, and go to your menu, and select custom white balance, then that shot...

    And bob's your uncle!

I usually try to use a white card, but if you cant, then try shooting in raw and using the Temperature slider in Photoshop afterwards.

    Deadly shot Al!
