Tuning Mitsubishi CT-21M2LTX without original remote control?

Maybe there is someone here with this model?
does anyone know if its possible to tune the Mitsubishi CT-21M2LTX (21 inch TV) without the original remote control?
A colleague was throwing this TV out (over 10 years old I'd say) and said I could take it away and keep it anyway if I fixed it (remote was long gone though). It had sound but no (or intermittent) picture - simple repair - LOPT dry jointed. After resoldrering it the TV is working fine - apart from a minor issue of the picture being vertically reduced for a couple of minutes after switch-on, OK after it warms up.

My problem is I cannot retune it to the channels for my area! Played around with a couple of universal remotes (including the Lidl type) but I have failed to put it into a menu to tune!
    Anyway of forcing an auto-tune?

Doneberg have an original remote for it, but hardly worth getting it all things considered

One of the Sky Remote codes should work it with maybe a coloured button or help or i getting install / tuning menu.

Mitsubishi TVs can be a bit of a curse when it comes to tuning them in with original r/c missing. If a One For All Uni remote won't tune it, then there is little hope of any other doing the job, meaning you'd need an original r/c or an original replacement (one that looks like a Uni, but specifically designed for one specific TV (chassis).
