Is your bed comfortable? I'm thinking of changing mine. Also are you in a quiet environment? Do you have any soft music playing or white noise (fan or something similar running?

The foods that you eat, when you eat, and how much can affect sleeping. Also what you drink, be it booze, caffine, or high sugar can be factors.

Do you exercise? Physical condition can also affect sleep.
