    Hey everyone!

Just wondering whether i should Upgrade to a GeForce 7900GT, 7950GT or a 7950GX2. Would it be better to run the 7900GT or 7950GT as an sli setup or go for the 1 GX2? I'm planning on running mainly the latest FPS games, so I'd like to have the settings on max. I am Running a E6600 and 2 Gb of RAM.

As far as i know the new 7950gt is just a higher clocked version of the 7900gt. Look at my sig & see how far i oc'ed my 7900gt (as far as the driver allows), not finished yet, gonna volt mod it next week cos temps only hit 54' with my zalman on max load.

What res does your monitor support?

I think the 7950's core is around 100MHz faster with the memory going from 1320 to 1400Mhz.

The 7900 and 7950 have very similar PCB's with the exception of the 512MB or 256MB option on certain 7950's.

Personially I say go with the single 7950GX2 for ~€550 if you have the spare cash and forget about doing the SLI thing.
