    I've noticed recently that I'm yawning and eyes closing when I'm going to the gym. training the evenings for 2 hours anythime between 7 and 10

    Thus I find my 10 mins on the bike warmup rough but after that I'm brand new.

    I get sleep 11 - 7. although my son does get me up once or twice it's only for 30 secs to settle him and then I'm asleep again.

    It may have kicked in when i stopped using lipo 6 but that was about 2 months ago surely the caffeine crash would have worn off by now?

    any ideas how to stop this..

    What's your diet like & how often do you train?

    Eating right means you should be fairly energetic during the day - a product like Lipo6 can cover up if you're diet is not good for your energy levels by giving you energy anyway.
