    Does anyone know is there a way I can find out what houses developers built (it was quite a number of years ago)?? Say for example I was a developer going around building houses, is there a way you could search for all houses built by Mel123??

    The planning office in your local authority area will know who built the houses. Many of them have online search facilities as well. Then you can look up the developer's webpage - loads of them have em. Alternatively PM me and if they're anyway big and have done something in Dublin or Cork I'll probably know most of their stuff.
