Yep I remember choc a bloc but not too much about it, something about a forklift and some people wearing builders hats.

Yes they were, they had well dodgy accents I think the puppeteers were trying to play it down

Was Choc a Bloc on BBC or ITV? I can't remember which.

I remember it - well kind of. The presenter wore a hard hat and overalls and drove out on a weird little car - or maybe a train and it was either a boy or a girl - it would be a surprise.. There was a big 'computer' and at one point he'd play a video by sticking a vcr tape into the computer which was groundbreaking technology for the olden days I think they were trying to teach the computer songs and nursery rhymes??. The theme is in my head now deedle deedle deedle du du du CHOC A BLOC!! You can get the theme on tv.cream.org
