Here's what I'm planning to build :
GFX 321	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=320626
DVD 38	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=314089
HDD 106	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=320709
MOBO 145	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=324364
RAM 247	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=312023
KEYBOARD	47	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=313399
MOUSE 40	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=312713
MONITOR 235	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=314421
CASE 106	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=318687
PSU 75	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=315951
PROCESSOR	333	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=322633
SPEAKERS	74	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=312289
COOLER 62	http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=312473

COST 1829

Firstly, is there anything wrong, missing or unneeded from the above?

And secondly, I'd say I have an extra €200 to spend on top of this. Any thoughts on where it should go?

Cheers :)

looks pretty sweet!
nothing u are missing- but keep in mind that monitor is limited to 1280x1024, whereas your spec is able for higher res in games- it's a pain in the ass having your screen as your bottleneck

Looks fine :D
if your gonna oc go for pc6400 ram, i believe the lowest memory divider in the bios is 1:1 with that mobo (will allow you to oc higher) & get yourself a good cooler ie. Zalman 9500, Sythe ninja, arctic freezer or big typhoon.
Good luck

From what I've looked at that seems to be the norm with 19" LCDs.

1280x1024 is probably enough anyway :)

yah, until you move to 20" you are limited to 1280x1024.

it IS TECHNICALLY enough i suppose, but i got my new system with an ATI x1900XTX 512MB graphics card that can run games at crazy beautiful resolutions but can't cause of my stupid monitor :(

you're going to want to put the hardware through its paces and you just can't do that with a 19" TFT :/

Psu is marked as fan in 1st post.....typo i think

And even at 20" you'd still be capped (just a little higer up). I've got a 21" CRT here anyway (broken atm, but fixable I think) so I'll hopefully be setting up dual screens or somesuch fanciness. 19" LCD is enough.

I'll add this :
Zalman CNPS9500LED Ultra Quiet CPU Cooler @ €62.

//edit
fixed that FAN/PSU typo.

and that is one of the reasons why i don't use a TFT...

the core machine parts look great. i wouldn't be a fan of your input device choices but then again that's complete personal choice.

love the case, coolermaster make some of the most stylish cases around without skimping on the most important factor - functionality.

that seagate hard drive - i've got two of them and they are absolutely amazing, they are quiet, they do their job and they are cheap.

You're right about the inputs, just picked something to fill the list and forgot to pay them any attention.

I like the look of these.
Logitech Media Keyboard Elite PS/2/USB
Logitech MX1000 Laser Cordless Mouse, USB, PS/2
