I stayed in this place, its a hostel but its really good.
They do private rooms.

Just be careful what location you are in . Anywhere near the ParkRing or Stephansplazt is good and central. See if there are any deals at the Intercontinental/Hilton or Mercure Biedemar sometimes for an extra €30 they have saver deals . I got to Vienna every year for a few nights city break , its a great city.
