The funny thing from last year is that they slated Ronaldo all the way through the campaign, but then had him in their 'team of the season'.
I almost admire their two faced hypocrisy!

in all fairness, they had to put him in seen as he got every award going like!

They slated him because they knew he could do more to live up to the hype. They never ever said he was ****, just that he doesn't play well in big games-correct at the time, he does skill in pointless areas, which is also true.

Actually I think Dunphy put Rosicky in for Ronaldo instead :D

Never quite understood his obsession with Rosicky, good player but not worldclass as he makes out.

Emmmmmm...He still does'nt do it against the big teams.Worlds best player when wigan, blackburn, bolton are in town.Shocking when it's one of the big boys.I'll give him this,he's had one big performance against Roma couple years back but besides that the top teams have him in there side pocket.

I'm defending Dunphy and co. here, not Cristiano Ronaldo.

Anyone got a link to Dunphy's article in the Star today ?

Apparantly he put the boot in on Keane big time. :D The end of a beautiful relationship, but I guess they've sold as many books as they're likely to so they don't need to love each other no more.

My mum told me he attacked Keane on it today, but so far I just hear them talking about Trapattoni.

That comment about Ghana got to me!!!!!!

The bit about Keane is too short.

    What about Ghana?

    He's talking about Jack now.

Marcotti said he wouldn't take over Ghana as would be more of a challenge to Italy.

    Ah right.

    :eek::eek:

    Kenny said Bullshít lol :D

Then he let Dunphy say it, twice more.

I'm writing to Joe Duffy about this outrage.
