Shot from peoples photography

This was taken at the peoples photography event a few weeks back - its looking through a 50mm down the barrell of a sigma 30mm focused on the reflection. I think it looks more photoshopped than it actually was - what was done to this was a b/w conversion action - then some art history brush in the middle.
