    Ill make it quick, 42" flat screen, bought at crimbo, 6 weeks ago broke down, 4 weeks ago got picked up for repair, still not back. Get a different story every time I ring - parts not in, dont know whats wrong with it, waiting on tech support - Its very frustrating now. Do I have to accept a repair, or can I get my money back any buy a new one?? I have a feeling i have to accept the repair, but if it breaks three times then I am entitled to money back??

    You have to accept a repair, in "reasonable time". I'd be inclined to say 4 weeks is pushing it.
