So I got the network adapter a couple of weeks ago and I still havent connected online with my ps2.
    I get this offhttp://192.168.1.254
    Router Name Netopia
    Model3341

and this off my network connections.
On my network connection it says Cayman 3000 series USB network adapter. So thats kinda confusing

I went to the http://192.168.1.254 and opened the ports for pro evo and it didnt work, whenever I do a connection test it says connection failed or connection timeout. Please help me!

I don't know anything about the ps2, but try turning off the routers firewall temporarily.

Also remove your email addresses, I believe there's a rule about it in the charter.

There is also a huge FAQ on the PS2 network adaptor at this link.

By the sounds of it you boot the configuration CD in the PS2 set it to automatic mode so it gets an IP address from your DHCP server [running on your router] which is what hands out IP address on your network.

With that done all you need to do hopefully is open up the ports for the game with the IP address of your PS2 see the FAQ section 28 for finding out the IP of the PS2.
