    Can anyone tell me some places in dublin center where I can have this drink? Tried several cafes/bars/pubs but nobody has it

    Not many places will have it. It's a lot of effort for no real financial return. You could try asking for a hot port instead. Most places will do that, and it's a sort of instant mulled wine.

    alot of place do it closer to christmas but I have never seen it served anywhere after the festive season
