what counts as a download

    I know theres the usual music,films,software, but what else counts as downloading

    Websites loading... Anything that recieves and Sends informations....

    I'd read 'downloading' as 'downstream traffic' tbh... so pretty much any data you recieve from the net.

    any packet sent to your computer from another source, which is recieved by your modem/router
