The B&W conversion looks solid, the composition is funny, you don't know if she wants to get away from the guy or if she is as drunk as him. Nice to see a protrait that isn't posed too, not that there's anything wrong with that but variety is the spice of life and all that. Also taking shots on a night out (I assume this is from a night out) can be difficult to get right with poor lighting etc.
    Good stuff.

Her, your (?) , expression is great. His expression is a little wierd, but funny.

Technically it's fine, B&W conversion is ok and so is the composition. Not sure if it's one you would frame and hang on the wall, though.

    ;)

I like this. It's a nice moment captured and I reckon the crop is spot on.Nice B&W too.

Good one! I like the “triangle” composition of 2- or 3- person portraits! :)

Some critics: the bottom left corner look a bit heavy; I think there is too much flesh. Cropping it more won’t help as it will break the triangle.
Also the gentleman’s palm looks disproportionately big compared to his face. Wide angle lens?

Maybe shade the gentleman’s palm and the lady’s arm a couple of steps down so they won’t be brighter then the faces? That way they won’t draw that much attention to themselves.

not a huge fan of B&W but this looks well
the crop is a bit out of the ordinary but works quite well to me!
i don't like the border it's unbalanced and takes away somewhat from the photograph. thin black lines on white might be nicer :)

thanks for all the replys - its really great to get feedback and to hear the different interpretations/tastes. :-) Some great pointers too which i will explore further this week.

Im not in the photo. The guy is trying to kiss the girl - rather over 'zealously' but getting turned down. :(

I am a little concerned about the border/frame. To be honest im not completly satisfied with it so i might mess about with that area some more.If you guys have further suggestions that would be cool - i dont have much experience in framing any of my pics and im still getting the hang of p.s (im on the trial version at the moment)

maybe a 1 cm black border with a think white line seperating, the framing distracts slightly from the lovely capture, its a great shot

Do you think its improved the pic now or should i tinker some more? thanks

Looking good to me, the second one where you fixed up the border. Nicely captured.
