they are for some couple in England. Have sent 2 e-mails on the Ryder cup ticket website, but not even a reply. Is there another way of contacting the ticket people. I rang the couple in England and they do not have my tickets. Starting to panic a bit now.

Ros Man, let us know how you get on. I'll be interested to hear what they say.

    damienom, thanks for the numbers.

I rang the Dublin office and was speaking to a very pleasent girl. However, she could do nothing for me and said the only way to sort out the problem was to send an e-mail. So still no joy. I will give it until Monday and if things do not get resolved by then, I will have to start ranting down the phone.

Hi & thanx for the number....so I called it this morning...

The female said that there were a lot of problems with ticketing issues & she managed to change the name on the ticket from my wife's (what is a par !) to my mate's without a problem...

Ticket issued will still have the wife's name on it but the Database that they have will have my mate's name on it...:D

Hi DalkeithRFC, I am in the same boat as yourself but got no joy when I rang the Dublin office. Did you ring this or the UK office? What explanation did you give or was one required? Do you have the name of the person who made the modification?

    cheers P & C

    To P & C,

It was the Cheadle number & you need the passport details of the user that is going instead..

Hey Ros Man. Any luck on the tickets yet?. I was away on hols last week and was expecting a phonecall or something from DHL when they were delivering the tickets but got none.
Starting to get a bit pissed off with the crappy way they're sending out the tickets. I didn't even get any mail with tracking number or anything so when I rang DHL they said there's nothing they can do.
I've mailed the RCTS twice now and no reply.

Its getting pretty close to the event now and its frustrating not to have the tickets at this stage.
