    milk thistle from any health food shop or chemist to aid liver detox

    Why would you need to detox your liver? (unless you drink alcohol alot I suppose!)
    How would a detox benefit you?

    Aside from taking steroids,not really,although it wouldnt hurt to detox every so often,especialy if you're taking large amounts of vitamins etc..
