    Was reading about it on askaboutmoney.com and the general concensus is that its Ballymun?

    Its at the back of Balbutcher lane? The selling agents seem to have done a very good job of saying where it isnt :rolleyes:

    No offence to the 'munner but the prices seem pretty hefty :confused:

    Apparently it was originally advertised as D11 and people complained !

    There's a map showing where it is in the downloadable brochure.
    I would call it Ballymun, but I'm not an estate agent.

    Ballymun if you're buying, 'D9' if you're selling.
