Question about 3V vouchers

    Do 3V automaticly send you out the remains of out of date vouchers without asking to redem them

    They never once did that to me, and iv been using them for well over a year and bought lots of vouchers. :| Only notifications I get are of PayPal.

    Nope, because its not a free service. Its like €2 charge to redem money.

    I think they used to automatically send a cheque for the remainder out to you minus the redemption fee (which is now €2.50) because I remember getting a couple of cheques in piddling amounts from expired vouchers I'd forgotten all about, but then that stopped happening. Last time I wanted to redeem a voucher I had do it online. And I also have never received a text telling me when the expiration date is approaching - maybe that's a new thing?

    No, they never tell me. And they never text me. Even with the cvv2 number, i have to ring them to get it.

    The reason I asked the questuon is because 3V sent me out a cheque when i didnt even ask to redem it and then they emailed me saying they put the wrong amount on the cheque

    Tho what would they do if you had cashed it, and then they came looking for the cash? Interesting...
