I am also going for Esat's 3MB product although as I was informed by the guys here they supply you with a USB modem, not a router.

Why not ring them and ask them? Surely that is the easiest way to find out?

As far as I know, BT provides the Zyxel prestige wireless router. Not sure about the exact model. It may be best investing in a new router (LYnksys, Netgear)

Apparently BT are now sending out a dual USB/Ethernet modem. Not sure on the model but it may be the Zyxel Prestige 623/660 router. At least it not restricted to USB.

They have been supplying USB/Ethernet routers for a good while. This is their current wired one: http://www.zyxel.com/web/product_family_detail.php?PC1indexflag=20040812093058&CategoryGroupNo=F9619EE6-1FB3-48FB-B68E-7773E95FF97F
They started using that one about 8 months ago and the one previous to that was dual aswell.
The wireless one is pretty good by all accounts.

Yeah, I got broadband back when it was still under the IOL/Esat BT brand, and it was a Zyxel modem with USB and ethernet.
