Having a Small Problem

    I have my Media Centre setup the way i want and guide and everything... I am using an Aerial in the Uk... I currently pickup bbc 1/2 utv/ s4c and channel 5 Problem is sometimes while watchin the tv it crashes but if i press ctrl alt del it comes back.. I have a fairly fast machine 3700+ 64 but only have 512mb ram and wondering would that be my problem?

    you could try a different mpeg encoder.
    some people report crashes with various combinations of tuners/encoders
    i use a pvr 150 with purevideo

    something to watch is if you allow your recording space up to the maximum on your hardrive it can actually fill it completely with a temp file after watching the same channel too long.

    You could also try updating the drivers for the tuner could be a bug in the driver that is the cause.
