    Find me a holiday!!

Leaving on Sept 24 for one week. Somewhere hot. Somewhere nice. Somewhere not too expensive.

    Thanks, you're all good people.

    Good karma up for grabs...

Do the rest of us a good deed and use some of the links in the sticky.

It's the destination I'm looking for help with, i.e places people have been and would recommend.

    Just be more specific.

I'm not mod of this forum, just a poster like you or anyone else. And you posted like a smart arse.

Breadmonkey - I guess somewhere that will still be hot at the end of september. I know this will rule a lot of places out. I lived in Salou for a year and by the end of sept start of Oct, a lot of the staff were going home and some places were begining to shut...this is something else we have to consider I guess.

It's really just a case of anyone who has been somewhere at this time of year and were happy with the weather and amount of things to do and places to see.

    Thanks
    FTB

    Thailand?

    Thailand?

This is going to be more of a "popping off for a week" holiday...rather than a major undertaking.

Is you with a friend/boyfriend or on your own?

    Cork/Dublin/Shannon airport?

Sorry for the lack of decent info lads....ok

There will be two of us, myself and my girlfriend.

We're going to fly out from Dublin cause we're gonna take a look at that Little Britain show in the point on the 23rd. So we wanna fly out on the sunday for a week. Obviously I can use the sticky above to book a holiday for those dates but you can't beat the experience of others to help you find a decent holiday.

I just got back from a week in Tenerife last Sunday..was quite hot there: 27/28 degress.

So ya, guess the Canaries would be your best bet alryt as mel123 said above.

You looking for somewhere lively or a nice relaxing holiday?

I guess relaxing, but not too relaxing if ya get me. Preferably there would be other people in the bars..
