Anyone have problems with their lastmile last night?

I couldn't log in for 12 hours with the router, laptop, desktop pc or G4 mac, then miraculously it's better. No notice on their site about maintenance or upgrade.

it worked last night for me (my usual download speed of 20 kbps) but this morning i couldn't log in, it was saying user name or password could not be verified, but about an hour ago it worked. i ran a speed test and it was around 50 kbps, maybe they are finally getting there act together

Your speed was probably up because everyone else was still logged out ..

Tracert shows they're still routing everything through london.

Still no notice on their site - they could at least inform customers of outages be they planned or otherwise, the joy of monopoly!

On the subject of their site it looks like it hails from the mid 90's - with all the free templates and content management systems available there's no excuse for that. It's just another indication of their amateur approach to business.
