    HAND 1:

    Blinds 200/400
Hero UTG KsKd Raise to 1200
Folded to Villan on button who flat calls – Villian is Solid experienced player.
    Blinds fold.
    Flop Kh 9c 3h
    Hero Checks Villan Checks
Turn 4d Hero bets 1600 Villan folds
Should I have checked the turn?

    HAND 2:

    Blinds 200/400 Hero on Cut-off (9c9d) with 7k stack
Folded to my right who raises to 1400 (2k more behind) Player is solid but short and blinds increase shortly.
The button has 8k (Solid Tight player), SB 6k (Uber Tight), BB 3k (LAG)
Do I call, fold or try to isolate?

    Hand 1

Bet is fine, you should have even bet the flop small to find out was in on a flush draw, you would have need a Ace on the flop to get any action in that hand.

    Hand 2

It depends if you want to take him on with a pair of 9's. In this situation I would, with the blinds going up to 300/600 and your stack only been 7k I would be pushing any pair, calling is not really a option as any flop will have overcards, so if he's on a steal attempt he's going to put it down preflop. If you run into a bigger pair behind, well thats poker. If you fold, your going to be looking for a double up soon anyway.

I would have push all in an isolated him.

    Hand 1

I think check is best, as I think a "solid experienced" player takes a stab at this on the turn if checked to twice. You're never getting any more money out of this hand with a bet. I'm not too worried about hearts here, tbh. I'd like to know stack sizes though.

    Hand 2.

Kinda tricky. The 200/400 to 300/600 change in this game is crucial, as a stack which was relatively comfortable can switch to being under severe pressure.

Also, what do you think the BB will do, as he only has 3K? If you flat call and he pushes, then original raiser will surely push to isolate as well. I don't like a three-way AI with 99. But you're not folding 99, so I think a push is best. If the BB calls, the OR might go away, and you should be a big favourite. If BB folds, OR might also fold (which is fine), but if he doesn't you should still be favourite in the hand.

Remember this the scalps game, and you have to win 55/45's, 60/40's, etc to do well.

HAND 1 - Both Stacks average.

HAND 2 - What about the Button?
