I don't think about it much. Not a channel I would watch all that often. The FM104 show is a stupid idea.

Monthly shows are a bit annoying. And the ads are very amaturish. Gives a start to new presenters which is good.

I had a quick look at it one evening. Some of the stuff was pretty dire, and the Phone Show on that particularly evening was full of muppets ringing up about the conditions of Mountjoy. I know there's room for intelligent debate about the state there. This wasn't it.

The Media Show was quite good though. There's a big enough market for something like that on RTÉ 30 minutes each week, I reckon. But I don't think they should show as many ads within the programme. Just a short clip with the company details superimposed would do for most of them I reckon.

...a waste of a good EPG position.

    I just flick past everytime.

NTL have made it compulsory to watch it when using their awful EPG.

    Usually it's showing informercials.

    Waste of space.

Being from Waterford - i find this channel of NO use to me or my fellow waterford people,

however, i think they are some good shows there if they were targetted to a local audience would be much better also.

I do go to dublin on regular occasions - so from time to time i have watched on the menu - dublin restaurant show - find it quite enjoyable and has given me one or two news ideas of eatiries in dublin - but i do think that this dude who "presents" ( used in the losely sense of the word ) should get outside of dublin now that this show is broadcasting around in more than dublin.

I haven't watched the property show - but i can only assume it is property which is on the market in dublin at the time of filming - and i think if this was related to waterford as well - i just might watch ,..

even if i am being nosy !! :)

Well they will be starting up a waterford and galway service in the coming months

I assume that they will also try a Cork and Limerick City Channel too with Chourus. But I think Cork has some kind of City Channel.
