Lost Cd-Key

So i lost the manual with my Cd-Key, and i wanna try get another one. The official site tells me what to do with an American version, but it says refer to your manual for any other version. So, can someone tell me how to get a new one? (Proper one, not a crack or anything)

go to EA support they are quite helpful for 24 hours, after that your on your own.
