I just got this phone about a week ago. Quite happy with it all in all. Its fast nice lookings and has a good screen and camera. However anytime I try to connect to vodafone live! or any site for that matter I get " subscribe to data packet first" up on the screen. I can't send MMS either actually. I've tried using it in both 3G and non-3G areas but with no luck, plus I'm on bill so its not because I've no credit either...

Anyone got any ideas? I thought seen as its a vodafone EXCLUSIVE phone it'd be ready out of the box... Guess I should have known better ;)

Does you phone have the Vodafone Live, Vodafone ISP, Vodafone MMS Access Points defined ?

Sounds like your account isn't provisioned for GPRS at all. You'll need to call them about it - 1907.

As above, it has happened me a few times. Gave customer care a call and it was sorted fairly quickly.
