Music *in* your dreams?

    Ok so on the back of this thread I just wanted to have a further discussion on music actually appearing in people's dreams as opposed to a song in your head when you woke.

    Personally I can never remember if there is music in my dreams. I have had dreams where I'm out in the pub or a nightclub and I know that there is music there and often comment on the song or whatever, but I don't actually remember hearing the music.

    So would you actually "hear" music in your dreams? If so, how often and what music is it usually?

    Suprisingly no music in my dreams, especially with the amount of music I have playing everyday. :)

    Never really hear music in my sleep, but I've been waking to music a good bit lately. Delicate- Damien Rice this morning. ;)

    i did have music in my dreams but i dreamt i was singing it on a stage! it was whitney houston i will always love you and when i awoke it was on the radio!

    I do get music in my dreams but then I wake up and realise it's the radio which my alarm clock is set to. But other then that I'm not sure, I remember dreams but I don't remember all the details.

    I have frequent dreams which feature music. As above it can be the radio playing in the room which 'invades' my head but sometimes I actually dream that I am playing an instrument (usually an alto sax :confused: ). I can even remember the tune I was 'playing' when I wake up....

    I was trying to recall anytime I heard muisic in my dreams and I just cant at the moment at least. Logical tells me that I probally did hear some but memory tells me no:rolleyes:
